The Company:
Our client is a global leader in the design and delivery of infrastructure, power and major engineering projects around the world specially with Combined Cycle and Thermal Power Plants. Their clients come to them for a wide range of advice, resources and skills - in engineering, maintaining infrastructure, managing construction, planning and strategic thinking.
The Role:
Currently looking for a Senior QA/QC Engineer who shall have proven experience of Construction supervision of large scale power plant projects with experience of functioning in a management capacity. Experience with Combined Cycle and or Thermal Power plants would be a plus.
A team of field engineers and inspectors will be assigned to work under the senior engineers and their duties shall be assigned to them on a daily basis.
The main EPC Contractor will be responsible for undertaking the work however the candidates shall be expected to ensure the work is carried out in line with the technical requirements and that good records are kept to demonstrate the same.
Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
The candidates are all required to hold a degree with proven experience and working on construction related to Power Plant Projects. Experience in a contracting organisation or within a consultancy is equally desirable.
Preferably IRCA Lead Auditor, AWS/CSWIP and ASNT Level II certified Engineer
